The No Doubt frontwoman showed off her green thumb as she spent a little time cleaning up her flower beds and doing some planting Gwen Stefani is showing off her green thumb!
The No Doubt vocalist, 54, shared a behind-the-scenes look at her stunning garden on Instagram Saturday, giving her fans an impromptu video tour.
"2024 is blooming already :) 💐 gx," the musician captioned the clip, in which she detailed all the flowers and other goodies she was planting in her freshly cleaned-up garden beds.
In the video, which is soundtracked by Sophie Ellis-Bextor's "Murder on the Dance Floor," Stefani fills her fans in on her relaxing day spent doing "a little gardening."
"Just redoing these beds," she said. "About ready to do some ranunculus and got my roses that I bought over there."
"I'm gonna be doing some peonies," Stefani added. "These are very incredible, and I've never done 'em. They take 10 years to mature, so I'll see you in 10 years."
During the clip, Stefani filmed her experience cutting stems, smelling her existing flowers and placing some of her colorful plants in vases inside her home. While Stefani and her husband, Blake Shelton, have a massive garden at home, they're also keen on decorating for holidays.
The country singer, 47, opened up to PEOPLE last month about how he and Stefani "really go for it" when it comes to decking out their home for seasonal celebrations.
“Gwen and I love to pull up to the house and see over-the-top Christmas decorations or walk into the house during Thanksgiving and see all the pumpkins," he said, adding that he tends to feel “nostalgic” around the holidays.
“Gwen is the perfect person for me to be with because that is one of her passions. So we really lean into the holidays literally as much as we possibly can without just going broke doing it. We love it that much,” Shelton added. Still, for Shelton and Stefani, hanging up their own Christmas lights on the exterior of their home is out of the question.
“That’s one of those things where it's like, I've made my point. I've got some money. I'm not going to break my own neck to get up there. I'm going to hire some guy who's way better at it than I am,” he joked.
